do you ever notice how just when you really need to mail something, those in charge decide that everyone should take the day off and mourn? argh. when i die, the whole postal system will not shut down for a day. its not fair, and it makes my mail late.

reagan could be my least favorite president. i dont know all the details but from what ive heard about and seen in nicaragua, his actions are shameful. but im not going into politics. as i said, i know too little to make judgements, although it just doesnt seem right.

wow. memories are brought back en masse by these pics from nicaragua. beautiful country.










sigh. the more i think about central america, the more i want to go back. i really miss so much about it. the weather, the scenery, the people, the language, especiallly the food =)

ive been thinking about where i want to go, while i want to see the rest of the world it really doesnt make sense for me not to go back, at least for awhile.
